What is Overlay and how to get started with it.

Overlay is a design-to-code tool connected to your design tool (Sketch, Figma).

To start with Overlay :

First step : Setup your first project in Overlay App

• Sign up here

• Create a first project with

  • The design tool you are using

  • The tech stack you want for the project (React, Vue.js etc..)

• Open the project. It will be empty.

Second step : export your first component

To do it you need to install Overlay plugin for Sketch or Figma and read the onboarding steps.

Then, you will design your components in your design tool, and open the plugin to export them into Overlay App.
